1. Service Description
LetterCraft AI is a web application that uses artificial intelligence to generate professional letters based on user-provided information. The generated content is meant as a starting point and should be reviewed before use.
2. Account Terms
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
3. Credits & Payments
Free accounts receive 2 letters per month. Additional credits can be purchased as one-time credit packs. Credits do not expire. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use LetterCraft AI to generate content that is illegal, fraudulent, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise harmful. You are responsible for the content of the letters you generate and how you use them.
5. Intellectual Property
You own the letters generated through your use of the service. We retain no rights to your generated content. The LetterCraft AI brand, design, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property.
6. Limitation of Liability
LetterCraft AI is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of generated letters, including but not limited to inaccuracies in the content. Always review generated letters before sending them.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
