Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If CraftMyLetter isn't the right fit, you can request a refund within 30 days of your purchase. This applies to one-time credit packs, outcome bundles, and your most recent subscription payment. We refund the amount paid, pro-rated to the credits you haven't used where applicable.

2. How to Request a Refund

Request a refund from your billing page (each eligible purchase has a “Request refund” option), or email us at support@craftmyletter.com. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription anytime from your billing page (Manage subscription). Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep full access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, after which your account moves to the free plan. We don't pro-rate partial subscription months beyond the 30-day guarantee above.

4. Failed Payments

If a subscription renewal payment fails, we'll email you with a link to update your card and retry automatically over a short grace period. If all attempts fail, the subscription is cancelled and your account moves to the free plan.

5. Credit Expiry

One-time credit packs and outcome bundles do not expire. Monthly subscription allotments reset each billing cycle and do not roll over.
