1. Information We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and profile photo (if you sign in with Google). When you generate a letter, we store the letter content and the details you provided in the form so you can access your letter history.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your form inputs are sent to the Claude API (by Anthropic) to generate your letter. Generated letters are stored in your account for your letter history feature. We use your email for account authentication only. We do not send marketing emails.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely in Firebase Firestore with encryption at rest and in transit. Authentication is handled by Firebase Auth. Payment processing is handled by Ziina — we do not store your payment card information.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate LetterCraft AI:
- Firebase (Google) — Authentication and data storage
- Claude API (Anthropic) — Letter generation
- Ziina — Payment processing
- Vercel — Application hosting
5. Data Deletion
You can delete individual letters from your history at any time. To delete your entire account and all associated data, please contact us at support@craftmyletter.com.
