CraftMyLetter is a web application that uses artificial intelligence to generate professional letters based on user-provided information. The generated content is meant as a starting point and should be reviewed before use.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
Free accounts receive 2 letters per month. Paid options are:
Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
Purchases are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. You can request a refund within 30 days from your billing page or by emailing support; approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime — cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Prices may exclude applicable taxes (e.g. VAT/GST). Where required, taxes are calculated and added at checkout, and you are responsible for any taxes associated with your purchase.
You agree not to use CraftMyLetter to generate content that is illegal, fraudulent, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise harmful. You are responsible for the content of the letters you generate and how you use them.
You own the letters generated through your use of the service. We retain no rights to your generated content. The CraftMyLetter brand, design, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property.
Letters are generated by AI from the information you provide and may contain inaccuracies. They are a starting point, not professional advice — CraftMyLetter does not provide legal, financial, medical, immigration, or other professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any letter before relying on or sending it, and for consulting a qualified professional where appropriate.
CraftMyLetter is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of generated letters, including but not limited to inaccuracies in the content or outcomes of how the letters are used.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy for data deletion). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the Acceptable Use section. If we terminate an account without cause, any unexpired paid credits remain eligible for a refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
